ideaRoot Media is a full-service website and graphics design organization. Through the usage of industry-standard technologies and cutting-edge thinking, we strive to provide all of our clients with the ultimate in design while allowing for a high-quality, beautiful design to be seen, both by the viewer as well as by those who consider the coding aspect of design.

 

All of our team member's computers are connected through a secured internal network (often know as a LAN or Local Area Network) and are loaded with the software needed to design and then maintain any clients website. Through our network connectivity, all members can easily access any files that relate to a site for the ease of editing by different individuals.

All of the sites which ideaRoot Media designs are hosted through GoDaddy, a company that has provided exceptional customer service to us in the past and continues to do so. All sites which are designed by ideaRoot Media and therefore hosted by GoDaddy offer the client multiple features. Some of these options include:



We are located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, but this does not stop us from doing work for clients in other locations. Through the use of such technologies as  Skype we are able to communicate with you in a variety of different ways. Of course, we also communicate via email and should you need to get in touch with us regarding a question, you can do so through our simple contact system.



We currently accept payment for our design services in a number of different ways. They are as follows:

Once we have completed any designs that have been requested, you are emailed with all of the options available to you as well as details on how to access them. This email will also include a PDF of an official invoice for your official records. Any subsequent fees that are incurred for your site will also be sent to you in this manner. Therefore, it is very important that should we design something for you that we have an up-to-date email address. This information will always stay confidential in our database.
